摘 要:目的考察了酶法加工处理生晒参后皂苷部位的变化,为直接酶法加工处理生晒参提供理论依据。方法利用糖苷酶催化水解能力直接对生晒参进行加工处理,采用HPLC定量评价酶法加工处理对生晒参中天然皂苷部位含量的变化。结果建立的HPLC方法可靠、稳定,可同时测定8种皂苷成分。酶法加工处理对生晒参中皂苷种类及含量有显著影响,主要转化为高活性次生皂苷。结论生晒参的酶法直接加工处理是一种制备高活性次生皂苷部位的经济可行方法。Objective The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of seven enzyme preparations on ginsenosides from Panax ginseng after enzymatic pre-treatment.Methods The amount and the compostiion of ginsenosides in seven-ginseng preparations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis.Results The content of some natural saponins including ginsenoside Rb1,G-Rc,G-Re,G-Rg1 and G-Rb1 in seven-ginseng preparations was decreased significantly when compared with sun-dried ginseng,and then the natural saponins were transformed into nwe compounds which are minor saponins or less polar ginsenoside.Conclusion This study suggested that by enzymatically processing sun-dried ginseng with seven enzyme preparations it is possible to enhance the yield of the minor ginsenosides.
