摘 要:目的应用大孔吸附树脂技术探讨二色补血草中总黄酮的最佳纯化工艺。方法通过对5种型号大孔树脂的静态实验,筛选出最佳树脂;考察最佳树脂对二色补血草总黄酮的吸附及洗脱性能,优化工艺参数。结果 D-101对脂对二色补血草总黄酮的纯化效果最佳,最佳工艺为:选择上样流速为45V.h-1,上样液的浓度为0.24 g.ml-1,选用70%的乙醇溶液作为洗脱剂,洗脱体积为5BV。结论 D-101型大孔吸附树脂能有效分离纯化二色补血草中的总黄酮。Objective Inquiry into the optimal purification condition of total flavonoids from twocolor sealavander herb with macroporous adsorptive resins.Methods Screen the otimal macroporous resin by the static test on five different models macroporus resin.Optimize the technological parameter by investigating the absorption and desorption performances of the optimal macroporous resin on total flavonoids from twocolor sealavander herb.Results D-101 macroreticular resin is the optimal macroporous resin on total flavonoids from twocolor sealavander herb.Optimum technology: the velocity of sample loading is 4 BV·h-1,the concentration of sample solution is 0.24 g·ml-1,the eluent is 70% alcohol,the elution volume is 5 BV.Conclusion D-101macroreticular resin is the most effective maeroporous resin to law the separation and purification of the total flavonoids from twocolor sealavander herb.
