隔姜灸治疗活动期类风湿关节炎量效关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察和比较不同疗程隔姜灸对活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)临床疗效的影响,探讨艾灸治疗的量效关系,为进一步研究不同灸法的效应规律奠定基础。方法 100例RA患者随机分成两组,治疗组50例用隔姜灸,对照组50例口服雷公藤多苷片,每组各随机分为30d/疗程和60d/疗程,共治疗两个疗程,观察临床指标及RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT、PCT、RF、CRP等指标的变化。结果隔姜灸在关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛的个数与程度均明显降低,晨僵时间明显缩短,且在改善程度上优于雷公藤多苷片。在实验室指标上,经隔姜灸治疗后,RBC、HGB明显高于治疗前,PLT、RF、ESR、CRP指数较治疗前有明显降低。在不同疗程疗效的比较中,隔姜灸60 d后对临床症状体征的改善明显优于治疗30 d,实验室指标的改善上亦优于治疗30 d。结论隔姜灸对活动期类风湿关节炎疗效肯定,能显著控制并改善患者临床体征和实验室相关指标。隔姜灸治疗类风湿关节炎较长疗程(60 d)的治疗效果明显优于较短疗程(30 d)。Objective To observe and compare the clinic curative effect of moxibustion onginger（MOG） on rheumatoid arthritis（RA） in different stages,and discuss the relations between quantity and effect of moxibustion.Moreover,to offer basis for study on the effect of different method of moxibustion.Methods 100 RA sufferers were divided into two groups randomly.In treatment group,50 patients were treated by MOG.While in comparison group,50 cases also,took GlucosidorumTripterygllTotorum orally.Two sorts of periods of treatment,which lasted 30 and 60 days respectively,were also arranged at random within each group.Two periods of treatment were carried through,clinic symptom and RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT,PCT,RF,CRP index were tracked.Results After treatment with moxibustion onginger,quantity and degree of ache,tumefaction and tenderness on joints were reduced evidently,morning ankylosis was shortened sharply,what＇s more,amelioration extent were more notable compared withGlucosidorumTripterygllTotorum oral medication.On laboratory index,for treatment group,RBC and HGB were much higher than before,and PLT,RF,ESR,CRP were much lower.On comparison of different periods of treatment,after 60 days of therapy with moxibustion onginger,improvement of clinic symptom was much evident than 30 days,and the same result was also be found on laboratory index.Conclusion Clinic curative effect of moxibustion onginger on active RA can be affirmed.Both clinic symptom and laboratory index have been controlled and improved prominently.And longer period of treatment（60 days） shows better effect than shorter period（30 days）.
