摘　　要：中药药性是中医药基础理论的重要组成内容,寒热药性是药性理论的关键科学问题之一。由于寒热药性的科学内涵深刻,而当前的思路及方法手段难以摆脱先入为主、循环论证的研究局限性,因此亟需为现代中药寒热药性研究注入新思维、启动新视角。本文在现有研究进展的基础上,提出以系统观为指导,以物质基础、生物效应和作用靶标为寒热药性的三大要素,融合多学科交叉的方法构建基于传统功效的中药寒热药性表征方法,基本揭示寒热药性的科学内涵。以期实现药性理论研究的重大突破,促进中医药现代化、国际化,为进一步提高中医临床诊疗与合理用药水平提供重要的理论依据和技术支撑。Property of Chinese herbal medicine is an important element of the theory in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. How to evaluate the cold and heat property of Chinese herbal medicine is one of the key scientific issues of the medicinal theory. Most research in current is difficult to get rid of the limitation which is pre- conceived or argued in a circle. As a result, we need to find the new idea to rebuild the new perspective. We hypothesized that cold and heat property of Chinese herbal medicine could be characterized by matter, biological effect and target based on traditional efficacy. The process of modernization in TCM has a long way to go. Exploring the property of Chinese herbal medicine will be helpful to the clinical practice and the internationalization of TCM in future.
