摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法测定新生脉散液中黄芪甲苷含量。方法:色谱柱:Waters SunfireTMC1(84.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm);流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65);流速:1 mL·min-1;柱温:35℃;蒸发光散射检测器参数:漂移管温度100℃,载气流速2.6 mL·min-1。结果:线性范围为0.024-0.240 mg·mL-(1r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.09%,RSD为1.55%(n=6),重复性RSD为1.22%(n=6),精密度RSD为0.64%(n=6),稳定性RSD为1.61%。结论:本方法操作简便,准确灵敏,可用于新生脉散液的质量控制。This ELSD method. with the mobile study was aimed to measure astragoloside IV content in New Shengmaisan Liquid using HPLC- Astragoloside IV phase composed temperature was 35℃. The drift were assayed on a Waters SunfireTM C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5.0 um) column, of Acetonitrile-Water (35: 65). The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1 and the column tube had a temperature of 100℃, with the gas flow being set at 2.6 mL.min-1. The results showed that the calibration curves were linear ranging from 0.024 to 0.240 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9997) for astragoloside IV. The average recovery (n = 6) of astragoloside IV was 99.09% (RSD = 1.55%). It was conclud- ed that this method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can be used for the quality control of New Shengrnaisan Liquid by HPLC-ELSD.
