摘　　要：缬沙坦是一种非肽类血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体阻断剂。临床中主要用于治疗高血压，以及糖尿病患者的心血管和肾脏的保护。缬沙坦具有多种作用，如减少蛋白尿、抗氧化、减轻炎性反应等，可改善胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛功能，减少糖尿病的发生。越来越多的研究表明，缬沙坦在糖尿病防治领域具有广阔的应用前景。Valsartan is a kind of nonpeptidic angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blockers,which is mainly used to treat hypertension, and protect cardiovascular and renal function of diabetic patients. Valsartan has various functions, such as reducing albuminuria, anti-oxidation, and reducing inflammation etc, and can improve insulin resistance, protect islet function, reduce the development of diabetes. A growing number of studies have shown that valsartan has wide application prospects in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
