摘　　要：目的:探讨脑栓塞患者内科治疗临床护理方法。方法:选取60例脑栓塞患者超早期溶栓治疗使血管再通,缩小梗死灶,同时进行脑保护治疗,减轻脑水肿;恢复期坚持康复锻炼促进神经功能恢复。结果:临床治疗及护理效果满意。结论:病人情绪稳定,能配合进行语言和肢体功能的康复训练,语言表达能力和躯体活动能力逐步增强。掌握进食的恰当方法,维持正常的营养供给,吞咽功能逐步恢复正常。不发生受伤、误吸、压疮及各种感染。Objective：To explore the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral embolism Department of internal medicine nursing method.Methods：choose 60 cases of cerebral embolism in patients with early thrombolytic therapy to vascular recanalization,reduced infarct,while cerebral protection,relieve cerebral edema;recovery period to promote the recovery of neurological function rehabilitation exercise.Results：the clinical therapy and nursing satisfaction.Conclusion：the patient emotional stability,can be matched with the language and limb function rehabilitation training,language expression ability and activity of body ability escalate.Master the proper way to maintain normal eating,nutrition supply,swallowing function gradually returned to normal.No injuries,aspiration,pressure ulcers and infections.
