摘　　要：目的:探讨天疱疮的护理方法与体会。方法:选取30例天疱疮患者临床护理方法进行分析。结果:通过精心的治疗和护理,所有患者顺利出院,无护理并发症。结论:按皮肤科疾病一般护理常规执行,宜住单人病房,病室温度、湿度适宜,定时通风换气,保持空气新鲜。发作期应卧床休息,限制活动,根据皮损的部位变换体位,防止患部持续受压。病情观察及护理,给予高蛋白、高热量、高维生素饮食,鼓励多饮水。Objective：To investigate the nursing methods and experience of pemphigus.Methods：30 cases of patients with pemphigus clinical nursing methods were analyzed.Results：through careful treatment and care,all patients discharged successfully,no nursing complication.Conclusion：According to the Department of Dermatology disease general nursing routine implementation,should live in single ward,ward temperature,humidity appropriate,timed ventilation,keep the air fresh.Exacerbation of bed rest,limitation of activity,according to the skin site changing position,to prevent the risk of continued compression.Observation and nursing of high protein,high calorie,give,high vitamin diet,to encourage more water.
