摘　　要：农业发展离不开农业科技人才。阐述农业科技人才在我国农业发展中的重要作用,分析我国农业科技人才队伍建设现状,针对存在的问题,结合国家相关政策,提出壮大农业科技人才队伍规模、提高人才素质和能力的有效措施。Agriculture will not move forward without talents. This article expounds on the significant roles of agricultural talents in stimu-lating the development of agriculture, makes analysis on the present state of the construction of talent team and puts forward measures to expand talent team scale and improve the quality and capacity of these people in consideration of the existent problems as well as rela-tive national policies.
