摘  要:为了保障装配环节的可靠性,在装配可靠性概念需求分析的基础上,利用"功能—运动—动作"的功能分解原则对产品的装配过程进行结构化分析,建立"元动作"粒度的模块化故障树模型;为了提高分析效率和精度,通过基本事件排序法则和ite结构化分析方法对模块化故障树转化为二元决策图进行优化;针对元动作之间与装配产品的多维映射特点建立多元组进行分析;利用布尔结构函数和映射矩阵对装配可靠性进行分析。以某加工中心的托盘交换架为例,验证了该建模和分析方法的有效性。To guarantee the reliability in assembly process, the functional decomposition approach "function--mo- tion-action" was used to analyze the products assembly process structurally based on the definition requirement a- nalysis of assembly reliability, and the modularized fault tree model of meta-action was established. For improving the efficiency and accuracy of analysis, the modularized fault tree was translated into Binary Decision Diagrams (BDD) for optimization by using basic event ordering and if-then-else (ire) approach. According to multi-dimension- al mapping between meta-action and assembly products, the multi-tuple was introduced. The Boolean structure function and mapping matrix were used to analyze the assembly reliability. The table exchanger of some machining center was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of proposed model and analysis method.
