摘 要:为降低大型数控滚齿机热误差,提高滚齿机加工精度,基于西门子数控系统与自动编程系统,提出一种数控滚齿机热误差补偿方法与系统。针对某型号大型数控滚齿机,利用模糊聚类法对热误差补偿温度变量进行优选,采用多元回归—最小二乘法,建立了滚齿机滚刀和工件主轴中心距热误差与温度关系的补偿模型,并在该大型数控滚齿机加工过程中进行了热误差补偿试验。结果显示,滚齿机滚刀与工件主轴中心距热误差值降低了约77.89%,齿轮加工精度提高了1~2级,表明所建立的热误差补偿模型精度高,所提出的滚齿机热误差补偿方法与系统具有实用价值。To decrease the thermal error and improve the machining precise of large-scale numerical control (NC) gear hobbing machine, a method and system for the thermal error compensation of NC gear bobbing machine based on the NC and Automatic programming system was put forward. According to a certain type of large-scale NC gear hob- bing machine, the temperature variables of the thermal error compensation was optimized and selected by adopting the methods of fuzzy clustering, the thermal error compensation model of the centre distance of hob and workpiece spindle for gear hobbing machine were set up by adopting the methods of multi-linear regressions. Finally, the com- pensation model was tested using the large-scale NC gear hobbing machine. The result showed the centre distance of hob and workpieee spindle of gear hobbing machine was deceased by about 77.89~, and the precision of machining gear was increased by 1 to 2 grades. The above research indicated that the thermal error compensation model was ac- curate, the method and system of the thermal error compensation for gear hobbing machine had great practical val-ue
