电信VDT作业对女工肌肉骨骼系统影响的研究

摘　　要：为了解电信VDT作业对女工肌肉骨骼系统的影响 ,采用劳动卫生现况调查方法 ,对 78名某寻呼台女工的肌肉骨骼系统压痛情况进行了调查 ,另以 78名在校女大学生为对照。结果表明 ,电信VDT作业女工肌肉骨骼系统相关压痛点阳性检出率显著高于对照组 ,压痛阳性部位主要出现在颈、肩和下背部。结论认为 ,电信VDT作业对女工肌肉骨骼系统有一定不良影响 ,其程度与工龄及人In order to study the effect of VDT on the musculoskeletal system of female workers,tenderness rates of female operators were investigated with the method of cross sectional epidemiology taking 78 female students as the controls.The positive rate of tenderness in the exposed group was remarkably higher than that of the controls.Tenderness point mainly occurred at the position of neck,shoulder and lower back.The adverse effects were mainly on the musculoskeletal system,and were correlated with the working age and unadaptedness of the man machine relation.
