摘　　要：为证实皮部挑治与经穴深刺同样有效 ,采用fMRI(核磁共振脑功能成像技术 )进行实验观察。经过 3 2例次的实验 ,结果证明 :两种方法均可在同一脑区产生功能变化和相应的变化过程。这一结果证实经络皮部的客观存在 ,经络具有内病外治的作用 ,并为经络客观化研究提供新途径。In order to confirm both pricking the cutaneous region of acupoint and needling its depth are effective,fMRI was used for the investigation.Observation of 32 cases-times proved that the both therapies produced functional change and corresponding change process in a same brain region.It is indicated that the cutaneous region of channels exsists objectively and channels can treat interior diseases,which provides a new way for objective study of channels.
