摘　　要：提出了一种适用于煤矿井下的设备故障数据记录装置的设计方案,详细描述了该数据记录装置的工作原理、硬件电路设计以及软件设计的细节。装置以U盘作为存贮载体,植入FAT32文件系统,成倍的提高了数据的存储容量和存取速度,降低了故障排查的难度,提高了故障处理的效率。This subject put forward a design scheme of mine-used system fault data recording device, described working principle, design of hardware circuit and software of the data recording device in details.The device use U disk as a storage medium, and implants FAT32 file system, which improved the data storage capacity and access speed multiplied, reduced the difficulty o f troubleshooting, and improved the efficiency of the fault handling.
