摘　　要：β-防御素是广泛分布于动物黏膜上皮中的一类重要抗菌肽,具有广泛的抗细菌、抗真菌、病毒等作用,对于肿瘤细胞杀伤、参与先天性机体免疫具有重要意义。本文对女性生殖道内β-防御素的分布、特征、作用、诱导调控等进行综述,为相关研究提供资料。The human β-defensin is a kind of important antibiotic peptide. It is widely distributed in the epithelial layers of animal organs membranes. Defensin has been shown to have antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal activity in vitro. It has also been shown to have an important significance on killing turnout cells and takeing part in the activity of natural immunity of organism. This paper summarize the distribution, character, function, inducement, regulation and controlling about human β-defensin in female genital tract. And offer some information for researching β-defensin.
