利巴韦林注射液不同剂型治疗急性上呼吸道感染的效果

摘　　要：目的分析探讨不同剂型利巴韦林注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取急性上呼吸道感染的患者100例,随机分为两组,观察组50例患者,给予利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液治疗,规格为每250毫升葡萄糖溶液中含有利巴韦林500mg;对照组50例患者,给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,将规格为1mL∶100mg利巴韦林注射液5支加入250mL5%葡萄糖溶液中。比较两组的临床疗效及症状消失时间。结果观察组患者的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间及咽部充血消失时间比对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94%,对照组总有效率为92%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同剂型利巴韦林注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染临床效果差异不大,但在临床症状的改善时间上有差别。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different dosage of ribavirin injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods One hundred cases of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection, were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in observation group were given ribavirin and glucose injection therapy, the specifications for every 250 mL of glucose solution containing 500 mg of ribavirin; 50 patients= in the con- trol group were treated with ribavirin injection, specification of 1 mL ： 100 mg of ribavirin injection 5 added into, 250 mL 5% glucose solution, The clinical efficacy and the symptoms disspared time were observed, Results The coohing time, cough disappeared time, the disappearance time of sore throat and congestion of throat disappear time in the observa- tion group were lower than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 94%, the control group was 92%, total curative effect of two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of different dosage forms of ribavirin injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection has little difference, but it is different in the clinical symptom im- provement time.
