摘　　要：目的评价彩色多普勒超声诊断肾柱肥大的应用价值。方法回顾性分析27例肾柱肥大的声像图及误诊原因。结果 27例病灶中诊断为肾柱肥大的22例,诊断为可疑肾肿瘤的5例。有22例病灶的直径小于3cm,肾柱肥大区的血管为逐级分布的树枝状结构。结论超声检查简便安全,可作为诊断肾柱肥大的首选方法。Objective To assess the value of color doppler ultrasography in the diagnosis of renal columnar hypertrophy.Methods Ultrasonographic findings in 27 cases with renal columnar hypertrophy and misdiagnosed reasons were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty two cases were diagnosed of renal columnar hypertrophy.5 cases were diagnosed of suspected renal tumors .The lesions of 22 cases were less than 3cm in diameter.The flow of renal columnar hyperlrophy distribution was branching.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasography is easy and safe.It is the best way in the diagnosis of renal columnar hypertrophy.
