优质护理服务在门诊抽血室的实施

摘　　要：目的探讨在门诊抽血室开展优质护理服务的实施方法和效果。方法选取门诊抽血室2012年2～11月抽血患者709例,按来诊时间顺序分为两组,2012年2～6月334例患者为对照组,按常规抽血工作流程进行抽血。2012年7～11月375例患者为观察组,对该组患者实施优质护理服务进行抽血。结果观察组的抽血操作失败率、血标本不合格率显著低于对照组,而患者或家属的满意度却显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论在门诊抽血室开展优质护理服务可有效提高护理工作的质量与效率,保证患者安全顺利进行诊疗,体现人文关怀,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the method and effect of implementing high-quality nursing service in out-patient bloodletting room. Methods Seven hundred and nine cases of patients from February to November 2012 based on see- ing doctors in chronological orders were selected and divided into two groups. 334 patients from February to June 2012 （chosen as control group） were drawn blood in regular blood drawing workflow, while in observation group, 375 patients from July to November 2012 were drawn blood in a high-quality nursing service. Results The operation fail- ure rate of drawing blood and unqualified rate of blood samples in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the satisfaction of the patients and their families were obviously superior than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing service in out-patient bloodletting room can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of nursing work, ensure the diagnosis and treatment safely and successfully for patients, embody humanistic care and boost up patient＇s satisfaetion.
