摘　　要：执行力作为21世纪企业核心竞争力形成的关键,在我国医药企业快速发展中的地位日趋重要。如何提高执行力、保证各环节的执行力度是确保医药企业稳定、持续发展必须充分考虑的问题。本文从现阶段我国医药企业的执行力现状出发,分析了当前其执行力存在的问题,并就如何提高我国医药企业的执行力提出相关对策。Execution as enterprise the key to core competitiveness in the 21 st century, in the rapid development of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises its status are becoming more and more important. How to improve the execution and ensure that every link of the enforcement is to ensure pharmaceutical enterprises stability and sustainable devel- opmen.t must fully consider the question.
