摘　　要：目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定关节止痛膏中樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯含量的方法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法同时提取3种成分,HP-INNOWAX气相色谱柱分离,柱温140℃,氢火焰离子化检测器同时测定樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯的含量。结果:3种成分分别在0.402 7～4.026 9,0.028 1～0.280 5,0.121 0～1.209 9 g.L-1呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.5%,95.4%,95.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于关节止痛膏的质量控制。menthol, methyl Objectiv salicylate in e： A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of camphor, Guanjie Zhitong Plaster. Method： Three components in samples were extracted by steam distillation-extraction method. And camphor, menthol, methyl salieylate were separated by HP-INNOWAX column with FID detector, and the column temperature was 140℃. Result： The linear range of camphor, menthol, methyl salieylate is 0.402 7-4. 026 9, 0.028 1-0. 280 5, 0. 121 0-1. 209 9 g·L-l; and average recovery is 98.5% , 95.4% , 95.6% separately （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and fast, and is reliable for the quality control of Guanjie Zhitong Plaster.
