摘  要:目的:比较山西安泽青翘与老翘中连翘酯苷、连翘苷,芦丁的含量,为临床上连翘的合理应用、保证临床疗效提供理论依据。方法:青翘、老翘药材粉末中加甲醇超声波提取45 min;采用HPLC测定3种主要成分的含量,色谱柱为HITACHI C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.1%醋酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,测定波长280 nm,进样量10μL。结果:青翘中连翘酯苷,连翘苷、芦丁的含量分别为2.38%,0.37%,0.26%;老翘中3种成分的含量分别为0.74%,0.20%,0.09%。结论:山西安泽青翘中连翘酯苷、连翘苷、芦丁的含量均明显高于老翘。Objective: To compare the forsythoside, forsythin and rutin of Green Fructus Forsythiae and Grown Fructus Forsythiae from Shanxi Anze, the main ingredient content can provide the basis for application of forsythia in clinical. Method: The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol, and separated at 25 ℃ on a HITACHI C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, eluted with methanol-acetic acid water as mobile phase. Flow rate was set at 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 280 mm. Sample size was 10 μL.Result: The forsythoside, forsythin and rutin of Green Fructus Forsythiae were 2.38% , 0.37% , 0. 26% ; the content of the three components of Grown Fruetus Fors'ythiae was 0.74% , 0. 20% , 0.09%. Conclusion: The main ingredient content of the Green Fructus Forsythiae is higher than the Grown Fructus Forsythiae by HPLC.
