奥利司他对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用

摘　　要：目的:研究奥利司他对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法:SD大鼠按体重随机分为空白组、模型组、奥利司他组,在空白组喂饲普通饲料,模型组和奥利司他组喂饲营养性饲料建立预防性肥胖动物模型的同时,连续7周按60 mg.kg-1的剂量给奥利司他组灌胃受试溶液,空白组和模型组灌胃等体积的0.5%CMC-Na溶液。观察奥利司他对大鼠体重、Lee's指数、脂肪湿重、脂肪/体重、肝重等的影响。结果:与模型组比较,奥利司他能显著降低大鼠体重[(306.52±37.02)g→(266.11±21.55)g,P<0.05],Lee's指数[(309.45±7.25)→(301.34±6.69),P<0.05],脂肪湿重[(9.84±2.95)g→(4.67±1.98)g,P<0.05],肝重[(9.95±2.66)g→(7.61±1.08)g,P<0.05]。结论:奥利司他能够明显抑制肥胖模型大鼠体重和肝重增长,减轻体内脂肪堆积,降低Lee’s指数,减肥作用显著。Objective： To study the antiobesity function of the orlistat on diet-induced obese rats. Method： SD rats were randomized on the basis of their body weight and divided into control group, model group and orlistat group. Control group was fed with normal diet, model group and orlistat group was fed with nutritional diet. Orlistat group was administered for 7 weeks through the route of intragastrie administration of orlistat （60 mg·kg-1） along with nutritional diet. Control group and model group were administered with 0. 5% CMC-Na. The body weight, Lee＇s index, body fat, body fat/body weight and liver weight were measured. Result： The body weight[ （306.52±37.02） g→（266.11±21.55） g, P 〈0.05], Lee＇s index [ （309.45±7.25）→（301.34±6.69）, P〈0.05], body fat [ （9.84±2.95） g→（4.67±1.98） g, P〈0.05], and liver weight [ （9.95±2.66） g→ （7.61± 1.08） g, P 〈0.05] of orlistat group significantly reduced compared to model group. Conclusion： Orlistat could significantly decrease body weight, liver weight, body fat and Lee＇s index of obese rats. The antiobesity function of the orlistat is significant.
