摘　　要：介绍了纯水单体液压支柱的结构及工作原理,对其关键元件进行结构设计。首先运用Atoucad进行二维设计,然后借鉴液压传动手册对其进行设计计算,最后得出纯水单体液压支柱最理想的设计方案。为今后纯水单体液压支柱的设计制造提供有利依据。This paper introduces pure water individual hydraulic prop＇s structure and working principle. Designing the structure of the key element. At first using CAD for 2D design, then describing the design calculation of pure water individual hydraulic prop＇s structure refering hydraulic drive manual, and finally drawing the pure water individual hydraulic prop＇s optimal design scheme. Providing beneficial theoretical basis for the manufacture of pure water individual hydraulic prop.
