摘　　要：以计算机辅助设计、有限元法和多体动力学仿真为基础,采用ANSYS/FE-SAFE对某铰接式自卸车的车架进行疲劳分析,获得该车架使用寿命及其疲劳安全系数等。分析结果表明,该自卸车车架的使用寿命与实际较为吻合,为车架结构的优化设计和进一步研究提供了参考依据。This paper based on computer aided design, finite element method and multi-body dynamics simulation, the fatigue life analysis of the frame of the articulated dump truck was performed, by using ANSYS/FE-SAFE, then obtained the service life of this frame and its fatigue safety coefficient etc.. The analysis results show that the service life of the articulate dump truck frame are relatively similar to the actual service life, to provide a reference for the structure of the frame optimization design and further research.
