摘  要:理想状态下,多V带传动带间驱动力分配及传动介质磨损均匀,但由于带轮槽之间的加工误差、V带的制造尺寸偏差等因素影响会使各V带的实际旋转半径不同进而引起带间驱动力及其自身的磨损不匀,依不同条件可能产生良性磨合,带间驱动力及其磨损趋于均匀;也可能产生恶性磨损,带间驱动力及其磨损差越来越大。分析了实际中多V带摩擦传动中存在的张力偏差及其磨损现象,分析两者之间的相互作用和相互影响。On multi-V-belts driving, when considered ideally, the uniform tension acting on every V- belt between themselves, and the wear of every driving medium is relative equality, but the fact that the opposite that due to machining errors of every V-belt pulley and manufacturing errors of every V-belt, according to different case ,that may leads to virtuous circle, the distribution of tension between every V-belt and abrasion of every driving medium incline to uniformity; oppositely, the other situation is vicious wearing driving. In the paper,the interaction and relationship between tension distributed on every V-belt and abrasion of every driving medium are analysed.
