摘 要:在没有专用花键铣床的情况下,根据矩形花键的使用场合及外径定心特点,对花键轴进行简化的结构替代,并经有限元分析满足性能要求。为了保证试制花键轴的加工能在数控加工中心上完成,通过分析试制花键轴的加工要求和结构特点,采用"一顶一夹"的装夹方式,利用加工中心分度头的数控分度功能,按一定的工艺要求进行分度对键槽进行铣削。采用手工编程加工,并采用宏编程来简化。加工出来的试件基本满足使用要求。In the absence of special spline milling machine, according to the using occasion of rectangle spline and centering on outer diameter,the structural alternative is doing and to meet the performance requirements by finite element analysis.In order to ensure the trial of spline shaft milling can be done on the CNC machining center, by analyzing the processing requirements and structural features of the trial spline shaft, divided angle function of machining centers CNC dividing head was used to divide angle according to certain technical requirements, and the clamping method of "withstand one side while holding another side" was used to mill keyway. It processed using manual programming and used macro program to simplify programming. The processing test piece is basically meet the application requirements.
