摘  要:针对起重机在工作中作业效率不高、操作人员易疲劳、故障率高等问题,设计了一套起重机高速频率控制和实时起重量协调运行的系统,本系统将PLC、传感器、变频器、网络等结合到一起。PLC把信息采集单元采集的实时起重量、行程等信号计算并输出控制信号给变频器,变频器在速度步期间计算相应速度,输出相对应的工作频率,使起重机运行机构协调工作,从而使起重机更具智能化。There are many problems in the operating process of crane, such as operator's fatigus, low efficiency and high breakdown frequency of the machine and so on, a system is designed in this paper in which a set of weight lifting cranes can coordinate the speed frequency control of crane and the real-time weight coordination. This system is based on the technology of PLC, sensor, converter and network. PLC compute the real-time lifting weight and the stroke signal which acquired by information acquisition units and output the control signal to frequency converter, calculate the corresponding speed of frequency converter during the speed-step, the frequency converter output corresponding working frequency to coordinate the crane operation, so that the crane can be more intellizent.
