摘　　要：为了提高馆藏资源质量和利用率,美国高校图书馆与学校、院系建立了资金合作协商机制和组织战略合作关系。借鉴美国高校图书馆的经验,我国高校图书馆应根据实际情况制定资金分配政策和合理的馆藏建设制度,设计专业的合作内容,寻求有效的合作方式。In order to improve the quality and utilization of collection resources, American university libraries have established the financial cooperation consultation mechanism and the organization strategic partnership with universities, faculties and users. Borrowing ideas from American university libraries, university libraries in China should formulate the capital allocation policy and the reasonable collection construction system according the practical situation, design the professional cooperation content, and seek the effective cooperation.
