摘  要:高校图书馆开展勤工助学工作,不但缓解了图书馆因人力资源缺乏而带来的工作压力,而且为家庭贫困的大学生提供了相应的经济补助和实践机会。现在高校图书馆开展勤工助学工作存在学生上岗波动性大、学生业绩考核不尽合理、学生岗前培训力度不够、学生与馆员之间沟通少且难管理、学生服务观念弱化等情况。高校图书馆应为勤工助学的学生科学合理安排岗位、公平地进行业绩考核、提高岗前培训力度、采用新的管理理念、加强其服务观念,使他们成为图书馆工作中的得力助手。University libraries developing the work-study program not only eases the working pressure of the library caused by the lack of human resources, but also provides corresponding economic benefits and practice opportunities for poor university students. Now there are some situations in the work-study program of university libraries, such as students work with large fluctuation, the performance assessment of students is not reasonable, the pre-job training of students is not enough, the communication between students and librarians is less and difficult to manage,the concept of student services is weakening, and so on. University libraries should provide scientific and reasonable arrangement of job for work-study students,fair to do performance evaluation, improve efforts of pre-job training,adopt the concept of new managements, strengthen the concept of services, in order to make them become the right-hand man in the library work.
