摘　　要：蒋复璁是20世纪早期著名的图书馆专家,为图书馆事业奉献60余年,留下了诸多彪炳史册之功绩,且著述颇丰。其图书馆学术思想主要包括图书馆管理思想、图书馆发展思想、图书馆教育思想、公共图书馆服务思想、图书馆员教育思想等。其思想对于中国图书馆学术思想史的研究,弘扬"爱国"、"爱馆"、"爱书"、"爱人"的图书馆精神及当前图书馆事业的发展都具有重要意义。Chiang Fu-tsung was one of prominent library experts in China in the early 20th century. He devoted more than 60 years to the librarianship, and left much great merits, achievements and academic works. Library academic thoughts of Chiang Fu-tsung mainly include the library management thought, the library development thought, the library education thought, the public library service thought, the librarian cultivating thought, and so on. His thoughts have very important significances for studying on the history of library academic thoughts in China, carrying forward library spirits of ＂love China＂, ＂love library＂, ＂love book＂ and ＂love people＂, and developing the current librarianship.
