疏风宣肺化痰利咽方为主治疗上气道咳嗽综合征195例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏风宣肺化痰利咽方为主治疗上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将294例UACS患者随机分为治疗组196例和对照组98例,治疗组给予疏风宣肺、化痰利咽方颗粒剂并随证加减,对照组给予安慰剂,两组均每日1剂,共给药4周。观察两组患者咳嗽消失率、咳嗽总疗效、中医证候疗效,并进行咳嗽生活量表评分及安全性检测。结果治疗组完成观察195例,咳嗽消失率为59.49%,咳嗽疗效总有效率为82.56%,中医证候疗效总有效率为83.08%;对照组完成观察96例,分别为19.79%、58.33%、46.88%,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组咳嗽生活量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论疏风宣肺化痰利咽方为主治疗UACS疗效确切,能够显著改善患者生存质量,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wind-Coursing Lung-Diffusing and Phlegm-Transforming Throat-Disinhibiting Formula for upper airway cough syndrome （UACS）. Methods Totally 294 cases of UACS were randomized into the treatment group of 196 cases and control group of 98 cases in each. The treatment group was given Wind-Coursing Lung-Diffusing and Phlegm-Transforming Throat-Disinhibiting Formula. The control group was given placebo. Both groups were given one dose daily for 4 weeks. The disappearance rate of cough, total curative effect of cough, efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome, cough living scale and safety was observed. Results There were 195 cases in the treatment group and 96 cases in the control group completed the treatment. The disappearance rate of cough, total curative effect of cough and efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome was 59.49~~, 82.56~/00 and 83.08~/oo in the treatment group, while 19.79~~, 58.33% and 46.88~ in the control group, with significant differences between groups （P^0.01）. The scores of cough living scale were significantly improved in the treatment group, with a significant difference between groups （P^0.05）. There was no side effect in both groups. Conclusion The Wind-Coursing Lung Diffusing and Phlegm-Transforming Throat-Disinbibiting Formula is effective for UACS, which can obviously improve the quality of life with no side effect.
