摘 要:本文采用为重庆大足石刻千手观音风化砂岩的加固保护而专门研制的ZB-WB-S风化砂岩加固材料和采自大足石刻岩体未风化砂岩试块为对象,选用多种材料表征方法分析了加固材料的固含量、黏度、表面张力、分子量和玻璃化转变温度;并应用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段,研究了砂岩的物相组成。通过分析加固前后试块的红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)照片和X射线衍射(XRD)数据和谱图的变化,初步分析了砂岩加固材料ZB-WB-S与砂岩试块的结合作用。This paper aims to analyze the sandstone consolidating material ZB-WB-S which was developed specifically for the consolidation of the weathered sandstone statue of Avalokitesvara among the Dazu rock carvings in Chongqing, and the un-weathered sandstone test coupons collected from the Dazu rock carvings area. A variety of materials characterization methods are selected to analyze the solid content, viscosity, surface tension, molecular weight, and glass transition temperature of the consolidating materials. In addition, the phase composition of the sandstone is investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of ZB-WB-S on the test blocks are preliminarily studied through analyzing infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) data, as well as changes in the spectra.
