摘　　要：本文研究了FDI与国际贸易对国内企业创新能力的影响。基于2004-2010年中国省级面板数据的计量检验和分析,得到以下结论:(1)出口贸易对国内企业创新能力的正效应最大且显著,技术购买的效应则比出口要低,而FDI没有出现显著的正效应;(2)研发人员的投入对企业创新起了非常显著的促进作用,而研发经费的支出虽然也显示了正向作用,但不太显著;(3)人均收入水平的提高对企业创新能力的提高有显著促进作用,而人力资源和政府支出效果不佳,甚至为负。本文最后提出了相应的政策建议。This paper studies the effects of FDI and international trade on domestic finn＇ s innovative abili- ty. Based on the Chinese provincial panel data from 2004 to 2010, the results show that the export has a very strong effect on improving the domestic innovation ability, the technology impart has also positive effect but the significant is not strong, whereas FDI makes little contributions. For the input of innovation, the R＆D personnel have more important contributions than R＆D funds. Furthermore the level of per capita income can enhance the innovation. At last, the suggestions of policies are proposed.
