摘　　要：随着鄱阳湖生态经济区建设上升为国家战略,发展区内先进制造业彰显重要。本文采用战略管理中的SWOT分析法,分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区发展先进制造业的优势和劣势,以及其所面临的机遇和威胁。在此基础上,以生态经济和循环经济为指导;提出了鄱阳湖生态经济区发展生态效益型制造业;建立系列优惠政策和配套的发展机制;以信息化推动传统制造业升级;通过生态工业园集聚关联企业,打造特色产业集群等对策。With the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone as a national strategy, the development of advanced manufacturing industry in the zone becomes more and more important. By using the SWOT analysis in strategic management, this paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of developing the advanced manufacturing industry as well as the opportunities and threats it faces. Based on this, we propose corresponding countermeasures with the guidance of ecological economy and circular e- conomy.
