基于SWOT分析的物流企业发展策略优化——以淄博市为例

摘　　要：课题组在对淄博市物流企业发展进行实证调查的基础上,运用SWOT分析法对淄博市物流企业发展现代物流具有的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了系统分析,提出淄博市物流企业要树立现代物流管理理念,尽快建立健全规范的管理制度,树立客户至上的服务理念,提高经营的诚信度;而政府也要尽快出台四大物流园区的实施政策,积极引导企业与地方高校合作,为企业引进与培养高层次物流人才提供平台。企业和政府只有共同努力,才能从根本上改变物流行业混乱的管理局面,企业才能获得自身的长足发展,淄博的现代物流业才能更好更快地发展。Based on an empirical investigation on the development of logistics enterprises in Zibo city, by using SWOT analysis, the research group analyzes advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges for the development of modern logistics of the logistics enterprises in Zibo city. It puts forward that the logistics enterprises should establish the idea of modern logistics management, the management system of norms and the customer - oriented service concept, and improve the operating in- tegrity. Meanwhile, the government should introduce the policy for the four logistics parks, actively guide the cooperation between enterprises and loca/ universities, and strengthen introduction and cultivation of high - level logistics talents for en- terprises. With the joint efforts, the confused management of logistics industry would be changed fundamentally, and the enterprises could obtain the considerable development so that the modern logistics industry in Zibo could be developed better and faster.
