摘 要:目的:为医疗机构建立药师绩效考评指标及方法提供参考。方法:通过文献筛选指标,建立包括知识水平、职业技能、药学服务和工作业绩4个方面的药师综合绩效考评指标体系,运用层次分析法对各指标进行赋权,基于模糊综合评价法构建考评模型,并对我院3位药师进行考评。结果与结论:绩效考评结果准确反映资历丰富、技能娴熟、科研成果较多的药师综合绩效考评水平较高。因此,基于模糊综合评价法建立的考评模型能够客观反映出药师的综合实力,可为医疗机构内部药师绩效考评或岗位竞聘作参考。OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the medical institutions to establish pharmacists'performance evaluation index and method.METHODS:By literature review index,comprehensive performance evaluation index system had been established,including knowledge,skills,pharmaceutical care and achievements.The indicators were weighed based on analytic hierarchy process.We established an evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.An empirical analysis of 3 pharmacists in our hospital was carried on with the above process.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:It shows that a pharmacist who is more qualified,skilled and with more achievement in scientific research will have a better performance.The establishment of the evaluation indicators of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation well reflex the comprehensive performance of pharmacists so that it presents reference for performance evaluation or positions competition of pharmacists in medical institutions.
