摘  要:纳米技术的迅猛发展及纳米氧化物在化学产品、电子工业、结构材料、农业及制药等领域大量生产和广泛应用,人们开始关注纳米氧化物进入环境带来的潜在风险。本文综述了纳米氧化物对藻类毒性试验所取得的研究成果(包括毒性效应、生理毒性、致毒机理等),以及纳米氧化物在水体中与其他物质发生复合后产生的联合毒性,展望了纳米氧化物毒性效应的研究方向。With the rapid development of nanotechnology and wide applications of nano - oxides in chemical products, elec- tronic industry, construction materials, agricultural and pharmaceutical fields, more and more people started to investigate their toxicity and potential hazards to the environment. This paper aimed to summarize the toxic effects and mechanism of nano - oxides on algae, including the acute toxicity of nano - oxides on algae, the algal cells structural damage which caused by the nano - ox- ides and physiological toxicity of nano - oxides on algae. It also discussed the composite mechanism of nano - oxides with other pollutants and analyzed the composite toxicity of nano - oxides. Among all the mechanisms, there are many problems which re- main most controversial and necessary to be better proved. Therefore, further research is necessary to improve and even reform the research efforts, so as to reveal new perspective in research directions.
