摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin蛋白及VEGF在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测68例子宫内膜癌标本及50例正常子宫内膜标本Survivin蛋白及VEGF的表达。结果子宫内膜癌标本Survivin蛋白表达率为70.6%,显著高于正常子宫内膜标本26.0%(P<0.01);子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜标本VEGF阳性率分别为72.1%和22.0%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Survivin蛋白及VEGF与淋巴转移、临床分期及组织分化相关(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌Survivin蛋白与VEGF水平正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin及VEGF与子宫内膜癌的发生发展密切相关,对判断患者预后有一定的预测价值。Objective To explore the expression of Survivin and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma and their relation- ship with clinicopathologic features. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin and VEGF in 68 samples of endometrial carcinoma and 50 samples of normal endometrial. Results The positive rate of Sur- vivin of endometrial carcinoma was much higher than normal endometrial （70.6% vs 26.0%）; The positive rates of VEGF were 72.1% and 22.0% in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrial respectively （P〈0.01） ; The expression of Survivin and VEGF were positively associated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tissue differentiation （P〈0.05） ; Significant correlation was found between Survivin and VEGF （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Survivin and VEGF are closely related to occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Combined detection has predictive value for evaluating the prognosis.
