摘　　要：目的评价两种塑料分离胶试管对激素类项目检测结果的影响。方法选取国内A、B两厂家生产的塑料分离胶促凝管,以美国BD公司的无添加塑料采血管作为对照,分别在雅培和西门子化学发光免疫分析仪检测13项免疫指标。结果经配对t检验和Bland-Altman分析,A试管与对照管之间在孕酮、雌二醇、总甲状腺素项目存在统计学差异(P<0.05),孕酮和总甲状腺素差值无临床意义,雌二醇差值超过可接受范围。B试管与对照管之间在总甲状腺素项目存在统计学差异(P<0.05),但差值在可接受范围内。结论 13项免疫指标除了A试管对雌二醇检测结果的影响超出可接受范围外,A、B两试管对其余的免疫指标检测结果的影响在可接受范围内。Objective To evaluate the effect of two manufacturers of plastic gel vacuum tubes on 13 immunoassays. Methods Using blood specimens collected into A. B two manufacturers of plastic gel vacuum tubes and BD plain tubes,BD plain tubes as controls. 13 immunoassays were performed on ABBOT ARCHITECT i2000 and SIEMENS CENTAUR XP. Results Although paired t test analysis revealed statistically significant differences between two tested tubes and BD plain tube in several tests （tube A： Progesterone, Estradiol, Free Triiodothyronine; tube B： Free Triiodo- thyronine） ,these differences were not considered clinically significant except Estradiol for tube A. Conclusion Apart from E2 for tube A, theremay have been no significant influence on clinical decisions as a result of using theA and B tubes on 13 immunoassays.
