摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用3.0TMRFastCINEPC及FAIR序列评价后循环脑梗死患者基底动脉及其供血区脑组织血流动力学情况。方法经MRI检查发现后循环脑梗死患者39例,正常志愿者39例(对照组)。所有受试者均行颅脑MRI、MRA、FastCINEPC及FAIR序列检查,对图像进行后处理,得出流速并计算出流量。测量两侧枕叶、小脑、脑桥、延髓FAIR值。结果后循环梗死组基底动脉平均流速、峰值流速及血流量均较对照组减低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论后循环梗死时基底动脉平均流速、峰值流速及血流量均减低,后循环梗死患者后循环供血区脑组织灌注总值减低。Objective To investigate the hemodynamics of basilar artery and its blood supply area in patients with posterior circulation cerebral infarction by 3.0T MR Fast CINE PC and FAIR sequence evaluation.Methods Thirty-nine patients（27 males,12 females） with posterior circulation cerebral infarction,who were diagnosed by MRI,were enrolled as trial group,and 39 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group,there were no significant differences in patient＇s age and sex between the two groups.All the subjects both trial group and control group were examined by MRI,MRA,Fast CINE PC and FAIR.After image postprocessing,the velocity and the blood flow volume of basilar artery was measured and calculated.The FAIR value of bilateral occipital lobe,cerebellum,pons and medulla oblongata was measured.All the data were statistically analyzed.Results The average velocity,peak velocity and blood flow volume of the basilar artery in trial group were significantly decreased,as compared with those in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The velocity and blood flow volume of basilar artery in patient with posterior circulation cerebral infarction are decreased,and the total perfusion volume of posterior circulation is decreased.
