淮南煤炭矿区可持续发展模式研究

摘　　要：淮南是一个百年老矿区,煤炭资源丰富,煤炭开采产生了地面沉陷、固废增加、生态环境恶化等诸多环境生态问题;如何减少煤炭资源开发过程中引发的环境生态问题;实现煤炭开发与环境、社会和经济的和谐发展,是淮南矿区现阶段发展过程中必须面对和亟待解决的问题;通过对淮南矿区近年来的发展现状进行调研,分析和总结了其综合发展的成功经验,为其它具有类似条件的煤炭矿区的发展提供借鉴。Huainan is a century-old mining area which is rich in coal resources, but coal development brought about the deterioration of ecological environment, ground subsidence, and land to reduce solid waste to increase social and environmental issues. How to reduce the environmental problems caused by coal development process, comprehensive utilization of various resources to achieve a harmonious develop ment of coal, environment experience of the Huainan social and economic development？ The paper researched on the development ining Group, carried out a study on the integrated development model of the type of mining area of Huainan coal resources, analyzed and summarized the successful experience of its integrated development, to provide a reference for other similar conditions in the future mine development of coal resources.
