摘  要:为了提高西洋参花药培养的愈伤组织诱导率,试验以吉林省集安西洋参花蕾为材料,初步研究不同浓度2,4-D、6-BA和蔗糖对花药愈伤组织诱导的影响,优化西洋参花药愈伤组织诱导培养条件。结果表明:在MS基本培养基附加2,4-D 2mg/L+6-BA 0.5mg/L+蔗糖60g/L+琼脂5.5g/L+水解乳蛋白0.5g/L的条件下,西洋参花药愈伤组织的诱导率可达37.53%。2,4-D对西洋参花药愈伤组织的诱导必不可少;2,4-D和6-BA的合理搭配能提高西洋参花药愈伤组织的诱导率;60g/L的蔗糖能有效促进西洋参花药愈伤组织的诱导。Objectives of this research were to improve the induction frequency of callus and obtain optimum culture conditions in anther culture from Panax Quinquefolium L. Buds were collected as experimental materials from Ji An. Different concentrations of 2,4 - dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4- D) ,6- benzyladenine(6- BA) and sucrose were tested to optimize culture conditions. The results showed that the highest induction frequency 37.53% was achieved using the medium of Murashige and Skoog basal medium(MS) + 2,4- D 2mg/L + 6- BA 0.5mg/L + Su- crose 60g/L + Agar 5.5g/L + Lactoalbumin Hdrolysate(LH)0.5g/L. 2,4 - D was essential factor of callus induction from American ginseng anther. The rational compounding of 2,4- D and 6- BA enhanced the induction frequency of callus. 60g/L sucrose could effectively promote callus induction from American ginseng anther.
