摘　　要：以"数字鸿沟、信息垄断、信息分化"为主要特征的信息公平问题日益凸显,本文论述了信息普遍获取在信息公平实现中的价值,着力采取信息化战略,打破信息垄断,建设信息平等获取和信息均衡社会。＂Digital divide,information monopoly,information division＂as the main features of information equity become apparent,this article discussed universal access in the information equity implementation of the value of information,focused on information strategy,break down the information monopoly,build the society of information equal access and information balance.
