摘　　要：新材料产业具有学科交叉性强、技术密集度高、生产与市场的国际性强等特点,是西部产业升级发展的重点领域。针对我国西部地区新材料信息环境建设现状与问题,结合西部地区新材料科技与产业发展阶段,分析加强西部地区新材料信息环境建设的必要性,进一步从西部新材料产业环境、信息服务开展以及平台建设等方面阐述在西部地区进一步开展新材料信息环境建设的可实现性,最终提出建设西部新型新材料信息环境的对策与措施,促进西部新材料信息支撑服务快速发展。New material has been one of most important industry,because it has Strong-interdisciplinary,Technology-intensive and International market.Therefore,according to western new material information environment development and problems,this article emphasized the necessity of rapid development of new materials information environment in order to develop the western new material information environment.This article collected relevant information and,researched the development of information environment in western.It was thought that western new material information environment could be better because of the western industry environment,open information service,and information platform.At last,the new material information environment development strategy would be put forth in order to improve the development of new material information service.
