摘　　要：信息服务模式的创新与长效利用是提高"三农"信息服务质量的根本。湖北省宜昌市政企联动,利用手机报开展"三农"信息服务,创新了信息服务模式。本文在分析《三峡手机报·惠农版》信息服务模式的基础上,总结其成功的经验与特色,提出优化手机报"三农"信息服务模式、提高服务质量的建议。The innovation and long-term using of information service model is fundamental to improve the quality of＂three rural＂information service.Yichang used mobile newspaper to carry out the＂three rural＂information service and innovated information service model through the way of government-enterprise interaction.Based on the analysis of Three Gorges mobile newspaper·agriculture edition,the paper summarized the successful experiences,characteristics and raises the suggestions of optimizing the＂three rural＂information service model to improve the quality of information service.
