虚拟社区知识管理流程文献计量分析

摘　　要：本文分别对国内外两大知识库中国知网CNKI和ISI Web of knowledge中截止到2011年的虚拟社区知识管理文献进行了计量,发现从知识管理流程出发进行研究的文献占了很大比重,进而从文献的来源与所属学科、增长情况、关注的热点内容、作者国别与院校分布等方面对这些文献进行了计量与分析,并提出了虚拟社区知识管理流程文献的发展趋势,希望为此领域研究提供方向和思路。Measuring the knowledge management literatures in virtual communities from the domestic knowledge repository CNKI and international knowledge repository ISI Web of knowledge by the end of 2011,this paper found the literatures about knowledge management process have a big portion in all the literatures,so this paper made a bibliometric Analysis on these literatures’ origin,discipline,growth,focal hotspots and the nationality,academy which the authors belong to.This paper also made a prediction about the development trend of these literatures,and hoped it could give a guide for the study in this domain.
