创意产业集群企业间双向知识流动影响因素分析

摘　　要：在对集群内知识流动的影响因素提出假设的基础上,结合问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型,对创意产业集群内企业间双向知识流动各影响因素进行分析和验证,并通过模型计算路径系数。结果表明知识供给主体、知识接收主体、知识属性、环境因素和流动主体间亲密度5个影响因素相互作用,共同对创意产业集群企业间双向知识流动具有显著性影响。Impact factors of the knowledge flow are hypothesized. Combined with the surveyed data, the structural equation model is applied to analyze and verify the impact factors of the knowledge flow among enterprises within the creative industries cluster,and to calculate the path coefficients. Then a conclusion is reached that the impact factors include knowledge suppliers,knowledge receivers,knowledge attribute,environmental factors and the intimate degree between supplier and receivers,and these interactive factors have a significant impact on the two-way knowledge flow among enterprises within the creative industry cluster.
