摘　　要：对河北沿海三市的发展现状以及区域间发展政策的一致性与矛盾冲突进行了分析,并联系对三市行政管理与合作发展一体化前景的分析,提出了整合河北沿海三市区域协调发展的政策建议。This paper have analyzed the development present situation, the consistency and policy of the three cities in Hebei coastal areas firstly,and then also analyzed the administrative management and cooperation development among the three cities. Based on two aspects,the paper put forward the policy recommendations which promote the three coordinately. conflict of the developing integration prospects of the analysis of the above coastal cities to develop coordinately.
