摘 要:采用中孔分子筛MCM-41为催化剂,用环己醇和肉桂酸为原料合成了肉桂酸环己酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应物物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间对肉桂酸转化率的影响。通过实验得出该反应最佳的合成条件是:肉桂酸和环己醇的物质的量配比为1∶4,催化剂的量为肉桂酸质量的2.5%,反应时间为3h,反应在剧烈回流温度下进行。在此条件下,肉桂酸的转化率可达89.1%,纯度大于99.5%。反应条件温和,操作简单,产物提纯容易,适合工业化生产。Cyclohexyl cinnamate was synthesized from cinnamate and cyclohexanol using mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41 as catalyst. The factors such as catalyst amount, reactant ratio, reaction tempera- ture and reaction time affecting the conversion were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows, the mole ratio of cinnamate to eyclohexanol was 1 : 4; the amount of catalystwas 2.5% of cinnamate; the reaction time was 3 h at reflux temperature. The conversion was 89.1 % and the purity of the product was above 99.5% under the optimum conditions. The reaction conditions weremild and the product was easily purified. The process was simple, and suitable for industrialized production.
