摘  要:以草酸、邻胺基硫酚为原料,合成中间体S,S′-双(2-苯氨基)-乙二酰硫(1),采用超声波技术在温和条件下将中间体(1)与邻苯二甲醛反应,合成得到了新型含硫席夫碱大环化合物(L)。并与常规加热法进行了对比。结果表明:超声波催化法具有操作简单、反应时间短、条件温和、产率高及副反应少等优点。并探讨了超声波催化下目标大环化合物的最佳合成条件:以乙醇做溶剂,在中间体(1)与邻苯二甲醛摩尔比为1∶1,于50℃条件下超声1.5h。所有化合物均通过元素分析、1 HNMR、IR和MS进行组成和结构表征。Novel macrocyclic compound of sulphur-containing Schiff bases(L) was synthesized from S,S'-bis(2-aminophenyl) oxalyl sulfur and o-phthalaldehyde by ultrasonic technique under mild conditions for the first time.The synthesis method was also compared with the traditional method.The results showed that the ultrasound irradiation method had many merits such as excellent yield,short reaction time,simple operation and less secondary reaction.The favorable reaction conditions of preparing the title macrocyclic compound(L) were found as follows: the reaction time was about 1.5 h,the reaction temperature was 50 ℃,the mol ratio of S,S'-bis(2-aminophenyl)oxalyl sulfur(1) to o-phthalaldehyde was 1 to 1,and the solvent was ethanol.All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR,IR and MS spectroscopy.
